Genuine OEM Ford International Oil Cooler & Seal Kit V8 7.3L

This is the genuine oil cooler that Ford will sell you if you go to the dealer. This is made by TSM (formerly known as Alfa Laval) for Ford and International.

This is the good one, I would watch out for some of the cheapos being sold on here that are very light and very cheap. 

This is made in the USA.

While this part number normally doesn't come with the gasket and seal kit, I am including a Fel-Pro complete seal kit.
